MORPHOLOGY OF THE INNER RELIEF OF CHICK EMBRYONIC VENTRICULAR MYOCARDIUM AT 6-8 DAY INCUBATION

Abstract

Aim of this work was to create three-dimensional computer models of сhick embryonic heart at 6-8 day incubation followed by a comparative assessment of ventricular inner relief. In the present study, we reconstructed and morphometrically analyzed the heart staged chick embryos with the aid of computer software and compared their structures for the further assay. We show that development of the inner relief is implemented in different ways in left and right ventricles.
