Аннотация

Обзор литературы посвящён нейроретиноваскулиту, как ведущей причине окклюзии вен сетчатки у лиц молодого возраста. Рассмотрены предполагаемые этиологические факторы, возможные механизмы патогенеза и клиническая картина данного заболевания. Обоснованы целесообразность мультидисциплинарного подхода к ведению и индивидуальный подход в лечении пациентов с нейроретиноваскулитом со вторичной ОВС.
