Глаукома и синдром «сухого глаза»

Аннотация
Развитие синдрома «сухого глаза» у больных с глаукомой является актуальной проблемой на протяжении последних 10 лет. По данным многочисленных исследователей, основными причинами возникновения роговично-конъюнктивального ксероза у таких больных являются: токсическое воздействие консервантов офтальмогипотензивных препаратов, фармакологический эффект бета-адреноблокаторов и повреждение роговицы при диагностических манипуляциях. Существенным шагом в профилактике этого заболевания служит перевод больного на офтальмогипотензивные препараты либо без консерванта, либо с нетоксичным консервантом. В статье подробно рассмотрены данные литературы о причинах возникновения синдрома «сухого глаза» при глаукоме, способах его профилактики и лечения.
