Тафлотан® - первый аналог простагландина-f2α без консерванта: преимущества в лечении больных первичной открытоугольной глаукомой

Аннотация
За последние 15 лет отечественные и зарубежные специалисты убедительно доказали отрицательную роль токсичных консервантов в составе гипотензивных капель при лечении больных первичной открытоугольной глаукомой (ПОУГ), поэтому в мире появилась тенденция к приоритетному назначению гипотензивных капель без консерванта. Тафлотан® - первый в мире аналог простагландина-F2a без консерванта. В проведённом нами исследовании у больных ПОУГ после замены латанопроста с бензалкония хлоридом на тафлотан® отмечено уменьшение окрашивания эпителия роговицы и степени выраженности гиперемии конъюнктивы, а также улучшение показателей пробы по Норну и морфологии эпителия роговицы, оценённой с помощью конфокальной томографии. Таким образом, препарат не только эффективно снижает внутриглазное давление, но и в меньшей степени влияет на слёзную плёнку и поверхностные структуры глазного яблока, улучшая переносимость лечения.
