Химический анализ состава мейбума на фоне сахарного диабета 2-го типа

Аннотация
Мейбомиевы железы, продуцируя богатый липидами секрет (мейбум), участвуют в формировании липидного слоя слёзной плёнки, предотвращая её испарение и обеспечивая сохранение гомеостаза глазной поверхности. Дисфункция мейбомиевых желёз — распространённое заболевание. Многочисленные клинические исследования указывают на поражение мейбомиевых желёз при ряде системных заболеваниях, в том числе при сахарном диабете. Гипергликемия провоцирует развитие оксидативного стресса и метаболических нарушений, приводящих к изменению анатомо-функционального состояния мейбомиевых желёз, что оказывает влияние на качественный и количественный состав секрета. Инструментальные методы оценки состояния мейбомиевых желёз отражают их морфофункциональное состояние, а химико-аналитическое исследование мейбума может служить отражением анатомо-физиологических изменений желёз. Протеомные технологии являются перспективными методами изучения состава их секрета, позволяя определить закономерности изменения химического состава мейбума у пациентов с сахарным диабетом для выявления ранних признаков заболевания и предотвращения развития осложнений.
