Аннотация
Эластическая псевдоксантома (Pseudoxanthoma elasticum) или синдром Гренблада – Страндберга — наследственное заболевание, связанное с аутосомно-рецессивной мутацией в гене АВСС6, вызывающей нарушение процесса эластогенеза. Заболевание характеризуется поражением эластических волокон кожи, кровеносных сосудов и глаз. Изменения на коже при эластической псевдоксантоме представлены мелкими жёлтыми папулами, имеющими тенденцию к слиянию, чаще всего они локализуются на коже затылка, в подмышечных впадинах, по бокам шеи и в местах кожных изгибов. Поражение глаз проявляется в виде ангиоидных полос сетчатки на глазном дне, представляющих собой разрывы мембраны Бруха, которые нередко осложняются развитием хориоидальной неоваскуляризации. Своевременная диагностика и раннее начало лечения пациентов с активной хориоидальной неоваскуляризацией на фоне ангиоидных полос даёт возможность стабилизации процесса и сохранения зрительных функций.
