Применение оптической когерентной томографии-ангиографии у пациентов с хиазмальной компрессией (обзор литературы)

Аннотация
Оптическая когерентная томография (ОКТ) на сегодняшний день — ведущий метод для наблюдения и оценки микроструктурных изменений сетчатки in vivo. В последние годы этот вид исследования стали применять в клинической практике для наблюдения за прогрессированием компрессионной оптической нейропатии у пациентов с новообразованиями в хиазмально-селлярной области. Полученные результаты открыли новые возможности для изучения патогенеза развития компрессионной оптической нейропатии у пациентов данной группы. Появление разработанной на базе оптической когерентной томографии ОКТ-ангиографии позволило изучить изменение кровотока радиальной перипапиллярной капиллярной сети, поверхностного и глубокого капиллярных сплетений, что открывает множество возможностей для дальнейшего исследования патогенеза развития зрительных нарушений у данной группы пациентов, прогноза развития заболевания и выбора оптимальных сроков лечения. В литературном обзоре представлены и проанализированы имеющиеся на сегодняшний день результаты применения ОКТ-ангиографии у пациентов с хиазмальной компрессией.
