Abstract
The method of immunofluorescence was used to study the corticotropocytes of the pituitary glands of people who died from various causes. Changes were revealed in the number of corticotropocytes, their size, the degree of vacuolization of the cytoplasm, tinctorial properties, depending on the causes of death.
