Abstract
The availability of the mammary gland for examination and the developed characteristics of precancerous processes in it, along with a wide coverage of preventive medical examinations of women, could help to reduce the incidence of this form of cancer and eliminate advanced forms of the disease. However, unfortunately, there are still frequent cases of late diagnosis of such tumors, for which each of us, doctors, should consider ourselves responsible.
