Abstract
Currently, electroencephalography has not only won a solid place among the methods of objective assessment of the activity of certain areas of the cerebral cortex, but has also been successfully used for broader purposes, namely, for a general assessment of the functional state of the nervous system in various diseases of the body, during workloads and etc. In this regard, the scope of application of electroencephalography (EEG) is expanding, and the number of electrophysiological laboratories at medical institutions is growing.
