Abstract
In 1931, a group of English authors (Anderson, Happold, McLeod, and Thomson) attracted attention by reporting that the corynebacterium diphtheria can be subdivided into two main and one intermediate groups according to the type of colonies on the chocolate-telluric medium recommended by them and according to a number of other biochemical signs.

Abstract
The calendar of A. V. Koltsova, demonstrated at the scientific conference of TsNIAGI in Leningrad and in the Leningrad Obstetric and Gynecological Society and approved by them, was published by the State Central Research Obstetric and Gynecological Institute of the USSR NKH for wide distribution.
