Abstract
Experience in sanatoriums and dispensaries shows that bronchiectasis is rarely diagnosed by doctors. This is explained by the fact that our ideas about bronchiectasis are associated with the classic syndrome, which is described in all manuals according to the scheme: bronchiectasis - a large amount of purulent 3-layer sputum with an odor, rich auscultatory data, fingers in the form of drumsticks, etc.
