Abstract
The book under review was written by transfusion specialists who deal with various aspects of bone marrow, hematopoietic cells and their preservation. The subject of attention was the experience of obtaining bone marrow for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes, accumulated by domestic and foreign researchers. Taking into account the growing interest of young doctors and clinicians in the preparation of bone marrow, the authors for the first time combined in one monograph disparate information, published mainly in the last 5-7 years, about the current level of this promising clinical method. The book uses the experience of the Kirovsky, St. Petersburg Research Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion, the Hematological Research Center of the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences, as well as the Research Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
