Abstract

Today in the literature, such concepts as often ill children have become established. (BWD), opportunistic infections, hyporesistance. It is believed that their occurrence is due to many reasons, in particular perinatal complications, medical and social factors, the transformation of the course of many diseases, however, the influence of environmental pollution is of decisive importance. It is the impact of environmental pressure that is currently in the focus of attention of physicians of various specialties. Increasing industrialization and concentration of industries in large cities lead to significant pollution of atmospheric air, soil and water with harmful substances. The most powerful sources of pollution are chemical agents emitted by industrial enterprises, as well as vehicle exhaust gases containing more than 200 chemical compounds.
