Abstract

The advantages of the methods of cytochemical research include technical simplicity, availability, minimum requirements for the volume of the test material. This makes it possible to introduce them into the daily practice of clinical laboratories. At the same time, they allow detecting such changes in neutrophils that are difficult, and sometimes impossible to detect using other, much more laborious methods.
