Abstract
Studied the state of microcirculation and the content of cholesterol, lecithin, beta-lipoproteins in the blood serum of 524 people - residents of the desert zone of temperate climate, including 146 healthy and 378 patients with coronary heart disease. Patients have marked microcirculation disorders. At the same time, a relatively low level of cholesterol and beta-lipoproteins in the blood serum was established; the amount of lecithin was within the lower limits of the norm.
