Abstract

Systemic scleroderma (SSD) is a progressive polysyndromic disease with characteristic changes in the skin, musculoskeletal system, internal organs and widespread vasospastic disorders based on connective tissue lesions with predominant vascular fibrosis of the type of obliterating endarteriolitis.
