Abstract
Three variants of semisynthetic nutrient mediums from which the most effective one is the variant with donor blood hydrolysate are developed at the microbiology department of the Kazan State Medical University. By its efficiency these nutrient mediums compare well with the Bordet-Gengou medium and can be recommended for eduction of pertussis pathogene.
