Abstract
The defeat of the cartilage and joints of the larynx in diffuse connective tissue diseases is extremely rare. M., 49 years old, was admitted to the ENT clinic on 02.11.1992 with complaints of shortness of breath. In this regard, in August 1992, she underwent a tracheostomy.
