Abstract
Recently, sodium fluoride has been used to influence the otosclerotic focus. Our task was to find out the effect of sodium fluoride on the state of nonspecific reactivity of the organism of patients with otosclerosis. For this purpose, we examined the content of properdin and lysozyme in the serum of 58 patients, including 24 with active otosclerotic foci (group 1), 29 with moderately active foci (group 2) and 5 with inactive foci (group 3). Group).
