Abstract
Among 349 patients with malignant neoplasms of the rectum who applied to the clinic for 7 years (1972-1978), there were 6 people with melanoma (1.7%). all these patients (1 man and 5 women aged 45 to 65 years) complained of pain in the rectum and rectal bleeding. 2 patients independently felt the tumor in the anus; in 1 patient, the tumor fell out during bowel movements.
