Abstract
The last pandemic outbreak of influenza (the so-called "London" influenza) was characterized by mass morbidity and certain clinical and pathomorphological features. To study the latter, we used the results of postmortem autopsies performed by us (15), as well as data from the autopsy protocols (40), case histories and pathological studies.
