Abstract
In the discussion published on the pages of the Kazan Medical Journal, various aspects of atherosclerosis are considered, but none of its participants considered it necessary to address the problems associated with atherosclerosis of the vessels of the abdominal cavity. Meanwhile, this is a formidable disease, often leading the patient to the brink of disaster and causing his death.
