Abstract
In recent years, a number of works have been published on the diagnosis of tumors of the skeletal system using the Sr85 isotope. Noting the high diagnostic efficiency of Sr85, most authors believe that the long half-life of the isotope (65 days) determines its relatively high radiotoxicity.
