Abstract
In children vaccinated with DTP vaccine and subject to age-related revaccination, the intensity of anti-diphtheria immunity (by determining the content of diphtheria antitoxin in the blood by the Remer method), tetanus immunity (by the method of biological neutralization in white mice) and the presence of pertussis antibodies (agglutination reaction) were studied. Under observation were 348 children 6 years old, correctly vaccinated with DPT vaccine, who received the primary revaccination 2.5-4.0 years ago.
