New factor allergization of the body

Abstract

Along with many indisputable positive qualities, polymer building materials can exhibit some properties hazardous to human health. In order to clarify the question of the possible sensitizing effect of polymeric materials used in housebuilding, we studied the air environment in three preschool institutions and the state of health of about 400 children at the age of 2 to 7 attending these institutions; in addition, employees of built-in furniture stores and some workshops of the Rostov automatic intercity telephone exchange were examined.
