Abstract
Among chronic nonspecific lung lesions in children, inflammatory (acquired) diseases have a significant proportion, and their frequency has increased in recent years. It is generally recognized that the leading role of bronchial damage in the progression of these diseases. The depth and extent of the lesion of the bronchial tree are different: from moderate to severe deformity with cylindrical extensions to saccular bronchiectasis.
