Abstract

After the discovery of Arduino et al. In 1966, the antidiuretic effect of chlorpropamide in diabetes insipidus, a number of works appeared in the foreign literature [2-5, etc.]. It was reported about the effective use of the drug in 3 patients with idiopathic diabetes insipidus [1], in 12 of 13 patients with neurohypophyseal diabetes insipidus [2].
