Abstract
In young children, the typical clinical manifestations of primary tuberculosis are considered to be damage to the lymphatic system of the lungs, a tendency to generalize the process and spread by lymphohematogenous, bronchogenic and per contuitatem routes [11, 12, 13]. Recently, caseous and generalized forms of tuberculosis are rare. The most frequent and typical form of tuberculosis in children is tuberculous bronchoadenitis [1, 2, 7, 12].
