Abstract
M., 39 years old, was admitted on 18 / X 1962 with complaints of recurrent headaches, at times - dysuric phenomena. Ill since 1959 and is under dispensary observation by a therapist for hypertension. At the next visit, a large number of leukocytes were found in the patient's urine.
