Abstract
Among the various head injuries, scalped wounds of the soft tissues of the skull occupy a special place. These injuries often occur in women, whose hair gets into rotating parts of machines and mechanisms, which leads to detachment of various sizes and detachment of the scalp from the underlying tissues of the cranial vault and the formation of an extensive wound surface that requires plastic replacement.
