Abstract
Rheumatism in adolescents has a number of characteristic features. According to the observations of E.I. Zukerstein, in adolescents with rheumatism, heart lesions in the form of endocarditis (86.6%) with early formation of heart disease and circulatory disorders are more pronounced than in younger children. With each attack, the lesions on the part of the cardiovascular system increase.
