Abstract
Prof. Fuchs (Lodz) observed 2978 hidden dental foci, of which 1541 were in the periodontium, 1246 were in the pulp and apical periodontium, and 191 patients had a combination of inflammation in the marginal and apical periodontium. Signs of exacerbation were noted only in 380 teeth.
