Abstract
The time of discharge of amniotic fluid largely determines the normal course of the labor act. Untimely outpouring of water disrupts the opening of the cervical canal, delays childbirth, contributes to the emergence of an ascending infection, fetal asphyxia, that is, creates the preconditions for the pathology of childbirth.
