Abstract
Literary data on ECG changes in patients with essential hypertension at a young age are few in number (I. M. Gigineishvili, V. Ya.Dyagilev, I. I. Pertsov and K. M. Tikhonova, I. A. Ryvkin and I. B. Gurevich, 3.G. Mavrina, M.I. Tsinamzgvarov, M.G. Yanovitsky). V. Ya-Diaghilev in this category of patients found in 42% of cases on the ECG signs of coronary insufficiency.
