Abstract
Until now, one of the main disadvantages of local infiltration anesthesia (m. And. A) has been the lack of definite, precisely formulated methods of performing it in certain surgical operations. Used in major surgery m. And. and. carried more elements of intuition, experience and technique than an accurate, complete technique. This was the case with Reclus, Schleich'a, Fins ter eger'a and many others. others when they worked in this field. Yes, it could not be otherwise, since the very principles on which M. and. a., did not allow to achieve anything great.
