The study of the literature on this issue (Kahlbaum, Kiernan, Chizh, Alzheimer) leads to the conclusion that the evidence on the pathological anatomy of early dementia is extremely inadequate and unclear. The author introduces the history of illness to two patients who suffered from early dementia.
