Abstract
Briefly outlining the preparation, general technical procedures and follow-up treatment, applied during intra-abdominal operations in the surgical department of the city Yekaterinoslav Jewish hospital, the author gives detailed histories of 5 cases of illnesses, from which he is eaten out of the intestine and is eaten alive. the enormous ability of the peritoneum to perceive and disinfect septic material that gets into it.
