Abstract
In view of the dangers associated with the general lulling of the operated patients, the issue of local anesthesia does not cease to interest surgeons to this day. One of the most important studies on this issue is, without a doubt, the method of local anesthesia for clinical surgery, proposed 7 years ago by Bsheisb'om (in Berlin). The main feature of this method is its complete safety in the sense of poisoning, provided that sufficient anesthesia is achieved; therefore ToSchleich called its method physiological. The author of the above article cites his personal observations of anesthesia according to Schleich.
