Abstract
The group disease of 37 persons with iersiniosis is described. The first patient was directed into the hospital with suspicion of acute appendicitis. Iersiniosis took its slight course in 91,1% of the patients. The reason of the outbreak is Yersinia enterocolitica dissemination of biovar 2 serovar 03 containing pYV pathogenicity plasmida, ready dishes and tableware of the children's centre on account of the of water contaminated with iersenia for household purposes and the in observance of sanitary norms by the staff. The epidemiologic role of a patient with iersiniosis as a source of infection is confirmed.
