Abstract
Patient B., 12 years old, was delivered to the emergency room of Kazan Children's Hospital with complaints of episodes of abdominal pain, repeated vomiting, abdominal bloating. She was acutely ill. On examination: temperature - 36.5 degrees Celsius, general condition, clear consciousness, dry skin, white coating of the tongue, pulse rate - 120 beats per minute. The abdomen is symmetrical, limited in the act of breathing, tense and painful on palpation, swollen in the lower parts. Schetkin-Blumberg's symptom was negative.
