К вопросу о нозологической значимости и правомочности использования термина «Эндометриоидная болезнь»

Аннотация

В статье обсуждается проблема терминологии эндометриоза, показана нозологическая значимость, целесообразность и правомочность использования термина «эндометриоидная болезнь». На примере наиболее частых органных локализаций этой патологии — аденомиоза, эндометриоза яичников и экстрагенитального эндометриоза проведены клинико-морфологические параллели и показаны общности некоторых звеньев патогенеза, определяющих прогрессирование процесса, клинических проявлений, морфологического строения гетеротопий и направлений морфогенеза. Введение в практику термина «эндометриоидная болезнь» определяет возможность оптимизации клинической и морфологической диагностики эндометриоза с учетом органной локализации, стадии процесса, морфофункциональной формы и направлений морфогенеза, что является необходимым для выбора адекватного способа лечения и индивидуального прогноза.
