Abstract
Some aspects of the problem of cesarean section were treated on the basis of the article of prof. V.V. Abramchenko “Ways of decreasing of abdominal delivery”. The author votes for matter-of-fact attitude to definition of indications and contraindications to operative delivery and points out to possibility of increasing the rate of delivery per vias naturales.
