Regulating Healthcare Relationships: Practical Problems and Ways to Address Them

A person's need for medical care exists throughout his life: medical services are provided to a person at birth, the need to receive them exists throughout his life until death. At the same time, today in Russia the relations that develop when receiving medical care remain practically unsettled.
