Open letter

Abstract

Above, I have sent a letter to the under-ranked throughout the Zemsky District Administration. Fully aware that the drafting of such a difficult task as the organization of obstetric care for the rural population is beyond the power of one person and that the indications that can be made by comrades who are in close contact with the population are especially valuable, I allow myself, in addition to Zemsky to doctors, especially employees in zemstvos, with a request not to refuse to report their opinion, as well as to send statistical materials and, in general, everything directly related to the matter. It goes without saying that the copyright will be preserved, and the sent documents, if necessary, will be returned, if such a desire is declared.
