Abstract
1) Dr. I. M. Lvov showed a 10-year-old girl, whom he performed gluttonous surgery 4 weeks ago for tuberculous peritonitis. The patient was transferred to his department with the already established diagnosis. The little girl was very weak, there was swelling of the whole body and significant ascites; the urine is normal, the lungs are healthy - the tuberculosis bacillus was not found in the sputum, as well as in the ascitic fluid, which was released in 3 weeks before the day 1000 grams. This liquid was neutral, beats. in. 1020, yellowish-turbid, contained white and red blood corpuscles and endothelial cells, no bacillus was found in it either.
