Abstract

Thiol C56Н36S6Na4О6, which has a fairly extensive application in dermatology, was first proposed by Gottschalk in Berlin for the treatment of female diseases (Centralblatt für Gynaecol., No. 12, 1891). The author used thiol in 47 cases of various diseases of the female genital area and came to the following conclusions.
