Аннотация
В обзоре рассмотрены основные группы генов, определяющих скорость старения и продолжительность жизни модельных животных и человека. Основное внимание уделено генам инсулин/IGF-1-, PI3K-, TOR-, MAPK-, NF-kB-, TGF-β-, WNT-сигнальных путей, генам стрессоустойчивости (шаперонам, генам антиоксидантной защиты, автофагии, протеасомальной деградации белков, репарации ДНК) и генам клеточного старения (pRB, p21, p16, p53). Рассмотрены группы генов, изменяющих свою активность при старении человека и эпигенетические механизмы возраст-зависимых изменений
