Abstract
Бронхиальная астма (БА) является серьезной глобальной проблемой. Люди всех возрастов во всем мире страдают этим хроническим заболеванием дыхательных путей, которое при недостаточно эффективном лечении может значительно ограничивать повседневную жизнь пациентов и даже приводить к смерти. На данный момент основные методы лечения бронхиальной астмы включают использование ингаляционных глюкокортикостероидов в комбинации с β2-агонистами и ингибиторами рецепторов лейкотриенов, однако около 10% больных оказываются резистентными к традиционной терапии, что требует поиска новых альтернативных методов лечения. Цитокиновая или анти-цитокиновая терапия в настоящее время рассматривается как важная альтернатива или дополнение к существующим терапевтическим подходам. Цитокины - это новый класс эндогенных полипептидных медиаторов межклеточного взаимодействия, регулирующих развитие, ряд физиологических функций и поддержание нарушенного гомеостаза.
