Objective: experimental verification of a new psychodiagnostic technique of “EQA” (military organizational culture) developed by the specialists of the Military Medical Academy. Materials and methods. The methodology is aimed at assessing the candidate’s expectations and perceptions regarding the core values of the military professional environment, as well as the requirements for norms and rules of behavior. The questionnaire includes three bipolar scales: the scale “Centralization of management” (high centralization-decentralization), the scale “Striving to avoid uncertainty” (stability-uncertainty), the scale of “Individualism” (collectivism-individualism). Results. The study identified the main characteristics of the military organizational environment, identified differences and similarities in assessing its parameters by officers and candidates for training. The interconnections between subjective assessments of the main parameters of the organizational environment and external and internal factors of military-professional adaptation are established. Conclusion. The “EQA” methodology has substantial and criterion validity, which gives reason to continue its pilot studies with the participation of various contingents of military personnel and candidates for training in military specialties (5 tabl.; bibliography: 6 refs).
